On Monday, representatives from Britain, France, Germany, China, and Russia met in Vienna, Austria with an Iranian delegation to discuss Iran’s nuclear program in light of the 2015 Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), which was scrapped by the Trump administration.
U.S. officials are not present because Iran refused to participate if they were. The U.S. is operating through European officials.
This is happening while, officials estimate, Iran is approximately 30 days away from having weapons grade uranium.
This is the same Iran which took and held 52 American hostages for 444 days in 1979 and declared a global Islamic Revolution. It is the same Iran responsible for the 1983 bombings of the U.S. Embassy and Marine barracks in Lebanon which killed close to 260 Americans.
This is also the same Iran involved in supporting the attacks on the United States on September 11, 2001.
According to the 2019 U.S. Department of State Bureau of Terrorism report entitled, “Country Reports on Terrorism”:
“Iran used the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps-Qods Force (IRGC-QF) to provide support to terrorist organizations, provide cover for associated covert operations, and create instability in the region.”
The designated Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO) Hizballah is functionally an arm of the Iranian government.
On Saturday, the spokesman for the Islamic Republic of Iran’s armed forces, Brigadier General Abolfazl Shekarchi, reiterated Iran’s desire to eliminate Israel.
“We will not back off from the annihilation of Israel, even one millimeter. We want to destroy Zionism in the world,” Shekarchi told the Iranian Students News Agency.
What do you think these people will do with a nuclear weapon?
The Obama administration gave billions of dollars to and worked to ease pressure on Iran. The Biden-Harris regime’s policies and efforts leads many to believe they want a nuclear Iran.
While Israel is already putting itself on a war footing and showing indications it will take pre-emptive action, be assured Israel is already taking covert actions against the Iranian nuclear weaponization process.
What are the implications for Americans on the homefront?
While an Israeli strike may lead to a broader regional conflict, impact on the U.S. homeland will depend on the U.S. reaction to Israeli military strikes and Iranian responses. A military response from the United States in support of Israel could cause Hizballah cells in the U.S. to launch counter-strikes.
A more likely course of action is a significant propaganda operation launched by Iran aimed at presenting Iran as just another nation attempting to exert its sovereignty and self-defense instead of the largest state supporter of terrorism on the planet.
You will be able to identify the enemies of liberty here in America by observing them regurgitate Iranian talking points.
